What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments with credit cards, debit cards, net banking and a host of e-wallets. We also accept COD payments in select locations across India – please verify your COD eligibility before placing your order using the Pin Code verification tool.
Where Do you ship to?
We ship orders to most addresses across India only. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses or addresses outside India.
How long does shipping take? What are the methods you use?
Our courier partners will be able to deliver your shipment to you on working days between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time may be subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. However, most orders should take between 3-5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order. tracking information will be sent to you via email when its shipped
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact our customer care center +91 9179739393 or email us at email@example.com. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
What is your Return Policy?
Good once purchased cannot be returned unless the package is damaged or has been tampered with. Reach out to our team firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of order.
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days. Refunds will be done after deducting transaction charges.
I paid online; the money has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed successfully. What do I do?
If your account has been debited after an order failure, the debited amount is automatically returned to the original payment method. It is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com with your order number for any clarification.
