Products & Ingredients
Our products contain no refined sugar and no maltitol. They are sweetened naturally — Bliss Balls and Protein Balls with dates and honey, and Super Granolas with date syrup only. They do contain natural sugars from fruit, dates, and honey — so "no added sugar" is the accurate way to describe them, not "sugar-free".
Super Granolas and Protein Balls are fully vegan. Bliss Balls contain honey, so they are vegetarian but not strictly vegan.
Our Products do not contain gluten ingredients, but are manufactured in a facility that also handles gluten.
We'd recommend confirming with your doctor. Our products contain no refined sugar, but they do have natural sugars from dates and fruit.
Never. Not in any product, not in any batch. This is a non-negotiable for us.
All products have a shelf life of 6 months from manufacture. Best before date is printed on every pack.
Bliss Balls: cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 3–5 days.
Protein Balls: no refrigeration needed. Reseal the zip-lock after opening, consume within 1 week.
Super Granola: cool, dry place. Store in an airtight container after opening and consume within 30 days for best texture.
Full nutrition tables are on every product page. As a quick guide — one Bliss Ball (15g) is approximately 60–68 kcal. One Protein Ball pack (50g) is approximately 230–245 kcal. One serving of Super Granola (45g) is approximately 200–226 kcal.
Yes — each 50g Protein Ball pack contains approximately 10–11g of protein from pea and rice protein isolate. No soy, no maltitol, no compound chocolate.

Allergens
Yes — all our products contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios). Peanut Butter Blast Bliss Balls and Super Granolas also contain peanuts. Full allergen information is listed on every product page.
No dairy ingredients are used. However, all products are manufactured in a facility that also handles milk and dairy, so they are not suitable for those with severe dairy allergies.
Yes — no soy in any Kibi Kibi product. Our Protein Balls use pea and rice protein, not soy protein.
