We ship Pan India. Every order is dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Saturday). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on your location

Returns & Refunds

We're a food brand. All our products are consumable, perishable, and carefully packed for freshness — which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, whether the product is opened or unopened.

We know that's a firm policy, so we want to earn your trust before you buy. That's why every product page has full ingredient lists, nutrition tables, lab-verified values, allergen information, and detailed flavour notes — so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable FSSAI guidelines for food products sold online.
